Charles Reinhart Company and Realtor Pat Durston are pleased to have been selected by the Ann Arbor Student Building Industry Program to participate as broker for the sale of its 2008-2009 student-built home. This is the 39th home to be built by students from Ann Arbor's high schools since the program began in 1970.  Construction of the home was managed by builder Steve Lucchesi.  Teachers guided the 29 participating students through the project.  Durston and the Reinhart Company conduct the marketing and sale of the home on behalf of the program, waiving the customary fees for their services as a contribution to the project.  Proceeds from the sale will provide scholarships for students. The Charles Reinhart Company was founded in Ann Arbor in 1971.  With over 160 sales associates in seven offices, the company closed over $400 million in residential and commercial transactions in 2008.
